The creative writing process is fun and imaginative, yet it is also complex and systematic. Learning to successfully write creatively goes far beyond simply having a good imagination.

Throughout the 2022 and 2023 school year we will be offering blocks of creative writing courses each with their own specific focus and objectives. Together, the courses combine to make a thorough and complete curriculum (including a great preparation for the 11+ entrance exam).

Each course is run separately and students can choose between all, some or just a single course. Participation in previous courses is not required as each session has its own specific objectives and activities.

Course 3:  Extended Character Development                      5 classes between Jan 9-Feb 10

Course 4:  Adding Curiosity, Suspense and Tension            6 classes between Feb 13- March 31

Course 5:  Test Success.  11+ and following guidelines       6 classes between April 17-May 26

Course 6:  Writing your Novella                                           7 classes between June 5 and July 21
